Our custom micro-machining delivers ultra-precise components for demanding miniature applications — covering micro pins, micro shafts and tubes, miniature bushings and collars, micro fasteners and precision laser-machined parts, engineered for exceptional accuracy at micro scale.
They are widely applied in medical devices and surgical instruments, aerospace and defense, electronics and connectors, optical instruments, precision machinery, watchmaking and general high-precision industries.
We adopt premium materials including SUS316 stainless steel, SKD11 tool steel, DC53 die steel, P20 mold steel, 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloys, produced via micromachining and precision laser processing, with optional heat treatment providing hardness of 58–62 HRC.
This combination delivers high strength, excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability — SUS316 offers outstanding corrosion resistance for medical and fluid-handling applications, while SKD11 and DC53 provide exceptional hardness and wear resistance for tooling and wear parts, and 6061/7075 aluminum enables lightweight, precision-engineered components.
Our machining tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.008mm, ensuring consistent micro-scale dimensions, concentricity and surface quality, eliminating fit issues and guaranteeing reliable performance in high-precision assemblies.
We process parts down to ø0.2mm stainless steel pipes; standard and customized sizes, geometries and configurations are both available.
Optional finishing processes such as electropolishing, passivation, bead blasting and laser marking can be applied to enhance surface quality, cleanliness and traceability. Secondary machining such as micro drilling, laser cutting, slotting and threading can be provided on request.
