Our custom fasteners form the backbone of reliable mechanical assembly across industries — covering screws, bolts, nuts, washers, pins and studs engineered for secure, long-lasting connections. They are widely applied in automotive components, electrical equipment, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, hardware assemblies and general industrial products.
We adopt premium materials including Q235 carbon steel, 45# medium carbon steel, and stainless steels SUS304 / SUS316, produced via automatic lathes and thread rolling, with optional heat treatment to 39–44 HRC. This combination delivers high tensile strength, corrosion resistance and consistent thread quality — SUS316 provides excellent resistance in marine and chemical environments, while heat-treated 45# offers enhanced hardness for high-stress applications.
Our machining tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.035mm, ensuring consistent thread pitch, concentricity and dimensional stability, eliminating assembly issues such as cross-threading and loose fits, and guaranteeing reliable performance in mass production lines.
We support custom sizes up to M42 and other non-standard dimensions; standard and customized head styles, thread types (metric / UNC / UNF) and lengths are both available. Optional finishing processes such as zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide and anti-rust treatment can be applied to boost corrosion resistance and surface appearance. Secondary machining such as cross drilling, slotting and chamfering can be provided on request.
