Our custom ball screws serve as core linear transmission components for precision motion systems across industrial machinery. They are engineered to deliver ultra-low friction, highly repeatable linear movement, outstanding load capacity and long operational lifespan, widely applied in CNC machine tools, automated production lines, robotic actuators, precision conveying equipment, lifting mechanisms andindustrial roller transmission assemblies.
We adopt premium structural steel including 45#steel, 3Mn2V, CrWMn and othertailored alloy grades, produced via professional turn-mill compound precisionmachining, with optional quenching heat treatment to reach 58–62 HRC surface hardness. These materials combine excellent wear resistance, contact fatigue strength and rigidity; compared with ordinary trapezoidal lead screws, ball screw transmission efficiency can rise above 90%, greatly cutting driving power consumption while sustaining heavy cyclic loads. Our machining tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.0175mm, eliminating positioning deviation, backlash and motion jitter during long-term reciprocating operation, and drastically improving the positioning accuracy and service life of complete motion systems.
Raw machined screw blanks can receive diverse finishing processes including precision grinding, hard chrome plating, anti-corrosion coating to boost rust resistance, wear performance and surface smoothness. We also provide secondary machining operations such as end face milling, drilling, keyway machining to match different coupling, bearing seat and nut mounting structures. We support custom dimensions up to maximum specification Ø500×1430mm; standard and customized screw lead, nut styles, shaft end configurations are both available to satisfy unique motion requirements from different industrial sectors.
