Our custom nozzles deliver precise, controlled flow for a wide range of applications — covering precision industrial nozzles, welding and cutting torch nozzles, contact tips, pastry and piping tips, and complex nozzle assemblies, engineered for accurate flow, durability and consistent performance.
They are widely applied in industrial spray systems and pneumatic equipment, welding and cutting equipment, food and bakery decoration, medical and laboratory instruments, automotive systems and general manufacturing processes.
We adopt premium materials including 303, 304 and 316 stainless steel, with brass and other alloys available on request, produced via precision laser cutting and CNC machining, with optional heat treatment providing hardness of 58–62 HRC.
This combination delivers high precision, corrosion resistance and wear resistance — 303 offers excellent machinability for complex geometries, 304 provides balanced corrosion resistance for general-purpose nozzles, while 316 delivers superior corrosion resistance for chemical and marine environments.
Our machining tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.0157mm, ensuring consistent orifice diameters, accurate threads and reliable sealing, guaranteeing uniform flow and dependable performance in demanding production conditions.
We process parts down to Ø0.2mm stainless steel pipes; standard and customized sizes, orifice shapes and configurations are both available.
Optional finishing processes such as electropolishing, passivation and laser marking can be applied to enhance surface quality, cleanliness and traceability. Secondary machining such as micro drilling, threading and custom orifice shaping can be provided on request.
