Our custom gear systems deliver reliable, high-efficiency power transmission across industries — covering spur gears, spiral bevel gears, worm gears and worm wheels, internal ring gears and complete gear assemblies engineered for smooth, long-lasting performance.
They are widely applied in automotive drivetrains, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, reducers and gearboxes, mining machinery and general industrial transmission systems.
We adopt premium materials including 45# medium carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, 35SiMn and 20CrMnTi carburizing steel, produced via multi-axis precision machining, with optional heat treatment providing surface hardness of 58–62 HRC. This combination delivers high load capacity, excellent wear resistance and consistent tooth quality — 20CrMnTi offers outstanding case-hardened strength for heavy-duty transmission applications, while 40Cr and 35SiMn provide excellent toughness and fatigue resistance for medium-stress running conditions.
Our machining tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.0157mm, ensuring accurate tooth profiles, consistent pitch and concentricity, minimizing noise and vibration while guaranteeing smooth meshing and dependable performance in demanding operating conditions.
We support gear sizes up to Ø500×1430mm; standard and customized modules, tooth counts, pressure angles and configurations are both available.
Optional finishing processes such as tooth grinding, shot blasting and anti-rust treatment can be applied to boost surface quality, precision and service life. Secondary machining such as keyways, bores, splines and custom mounting features can be provided on request.
