Aluminum Extrusion Manufactured by Quickmachine
Our custom aluminum extrusions function as core structural and thermal management components for precision assembly applications. They are engineered for stable load bearing, efficient heat dissipation and strong environmental adaptability, and are widely used in industrial automation equipment, electronic heat sinks, machine frames, equipment enclosures, solar mounting brackets and architectural hardware.
We utilize high-grade 6061, 6063 and 7075 aluminum alloys, manufactured via precision extrusion with optional T6 heat treatment. These alloys feature outstanding ductility, structural stiffness and thermal conductivity. When bearing the same load, extruded aluminum components are 40% lighter than traditional welded steel structures. The finished machining tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm, which prevents excessive assembly gaps, structural deformation and insufficient heat dissipation during long-term operation, and significantly extends the service life of complete equipment assemblies.
Extruded blanks can undergo various surface treatments such as anodizing, powder coating and sandblasting to improve oxidation resistance, salt spray performance and wear resistance, while retaining premium metallic finish. We also offer secondary CNC milling, drilling and bending to produce brackets, enclosures and custom structural parts. Standard profiles work with mainstream fasteners and connection fittings; custom cross-sections, overall dimensions, lengths and mounting features are available to satisfy industry-specific assembly requirements.
